Heronbrook Retreat sits quietly behind electric gates on two private acres of Bedfordshire countryside. It’s a spacious, well-designed home that’s been put together with large groups firmly in mind. From the moment you arrive you’ll feel a familiar homely feeling with a sense of luxury. Underfloor heating runs throughout the ground floor and the communal areas are purposely spacious so that everyone can enjoy being with each other.

An oasis that's exclusively yours.
Welcome to the outdoor heart of Heronbrook. A heated swimming pool with an 8ft deep end is yours for the duration of your stay to swim lengths, perfect your dive, or spend the afternoon floating with a drink in hand. Typically heated from May through to October. When the sun goes down, the hot tub takes over which is available all year round and rarely left unoccupied.
Two private acres of open garden invite you to spread out and enjoy it in any way you wish. Whether that's setting up lawn games, hosting an outdoor event or setting up a sunny picnic. There's a gas BBQ for the keen chefs and sun loungers for those who want to feel like they're abroad. You'll also find a table with parasol and chairs that makes it difficult not to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner outside with views of the pool and gardens. We can confidently say that in good weather, you'll spend most of your time outside.
Move, Unwind & Reset.
The Studio is a beautifully lit and flexible space for up to 20 people. Yoga at sunrise, meditation space, dance floor and workout room. We can help arrange a guided session by an experienced instructor for any of these, or a similar activity you have in mind. It's particularly loved by hen groups and corporate clients that want to add some zen and relaxation to their stay.
The Studio also has its own pamper treatment room to really help you relax and indulge. Please note that access to The Studio and pamper room needs to be prearranged so ask us about access upon enquiry and booking.
